Orders
What are PAWS shirts made of?
Exclusive of embroidery designs, the shirts are made of 100% Cotton. The designs are direct embroideries, thus retaining shape & quality through various washes, making for a premium look.
How do I find the right size & fit?
Fit matters, our size guide is as follows. As way of simple explanation, our clothes are oversized shirts, meant for unisex purposes.
Can I cancel or change orders made?
Do email us within 24 hours after placing the order so we can arrange for efficient amendments!
Orders are normally sent out after this 24 hour window.
How do i find out the status of my order?
Tracking codes will be provided once order is shipped.

What do I do if I receive a faulty/incorrect item in my order?
Our apologies on this, contact us through the Contact Us Form and we will send out a brand new replacement.
Shipping & Delivery
What would be the estimated delivery times?
For orders within Malaysia, we aim to deliver all orders within 1 week from day of being placed. In regards to international orders, it would take up to 8 full days.
Do let us know if delivery is late or has been unsatisfactory in any way.
What are shipping options?
Currently all Malaysian orders are delivered through J&T while Singapore orders are through Teleport Pink. Deliveries elsewhere will be processed using different logistics partners (DHL/Fedex).

How do i get free shipping on orders?
For West & East Malaysia, orders above RM 240 will be eligible for free delivery.
Otherwise, a RM 2 delivery fee will be charged for West Malaysia & RM 5 delivery fee will be charged for East Malaysia.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, for international orders shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Refunds/Returns
What is your refund/return policy?
1. Within 30 days of purchase, you are able to return orders if it is unworn, unwashed with complete accessories included and in the original packaging, which must also be in a resaleable condition. It must be accompanied with a valid Order Reference number (e.g. XX).

2. If the item is damaged, has been lost in the delivery process or is not as per what you ordered, we can issue a replacement or a refund.
3. To allow for efficient delivery timings, we do not allow for cancellations or modifications to orders once made.
How long would refunds take?
After your refund is processed, we'll email you when the refund is issed to your payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 additional days to be available in your bank account, depending on your bank's policies.
